This unit is under the supervision of the director General of Public Relations. The responsibilities are as follows:

Internal Monthly Magazine of "Payam Homa"
This publication is not only about internal news of the organization such as functions of different departments, appointments and retirements of the staff, IranAir professional achievements, sport achievements, etc. but also refers to scientific articles in different fields such as computer, management, human sources, mind and body hygiene. It also prepares some reports from different units and departments and intends to inform the colleagues and interviews with people in charge.
Getting the related Photos and controlling and supervising the quality of the chosen ones in the publications are another responsibility of this unit.

Inflight Magazine
This publication- is one of the rare touristy publications which- is released to inform passengers during the flight.
The major goal of this publication is introducing the tourism attractions of Iran such as introducing the cities, national customs and traditions, current handicrafts and historical and ancient monuments, natural attractions, Iranian culture and different religions and etc.
 It also introduces Iranian celebrities who are well known because of art, literature, science and spirituality.
The magazine has also some pages which refer to Iranian ancient anecdotes and satires, children games and some interesting and attractive caricatures which will make the passengers amused.
Some medical tips are also offered which passengers could enjoy reading them and they could get helpful insights during the flight and have an easier journey.

This publication is just for commercial advertisements and it has an attractive colourful page designing and it is published under the supervision of IranAir.

Other Publications
In addition to the above mentioned publications, there are other publications such as notice letters, information and etc. Searching, controlling and supervising the articles and passages printed in publications and also offering professional comments in the field are the duty of this office.

Designing and decorating the festivals and ceremonies, funerals and exhibitions, designing Persian and Latin visiting cards, billboards, posters, invitation cards, envelopes, sacs, Christian and Solar calendars, boarding cards, caricatures and works of  public relations and other related issues are some  of the duties of Publication and Advertising unit.The mentioned unit tries to depict the historical and natural attractions of Iran to attract the attention of the tourists and encourage them for traveling.
Printing some pictures of IranAir navigation for advertising is another activity of this unit. 
Counseling and supervision in selecting the advertising agencies for the use of artistic, printing and advertising services and their supervision, guidance on the advertising designs for better introduction of IranAir and assurance on credibility and reliability of It is another responsibility of the Publication and Advertising unit.
The unit also has the responsibility of counseling and supervising the selected items needed for the corporation which are in harmony with the commercial section, operations of branches, supervision and control of the activities of the printed and artistic designs and becoming sure about its appropriate application and usage in publications, notices, calendars, posters and etc.
The unit also gives the comment on issues such as designing pictures, charts, advertisements, calendars and etc.
Of other responsibilities we could refer to the supervision of the activities which refer to printing and becoming sure that the needed orders of public relations are received in their appropriated shape and on appointed time. Also it supervises the calligraphy on paper, cotton, cardboards and board scripts.

Typing
Typing all the publications of "Payam Homa" or IranAir Inflight Magazine and letters sent to other organizations or other advertising companies for preparing photos or slides are conducted in this unit.

Advertisement
Preparing and sending all the advertisements and call for papers or low bids or high tenders and etc and also sending them to the formal publications and newspapers and loading them on the site of Ministry of transportation are other activities of Publication and Advertising unit.

Archive
The archive of the unit is responsible for keeping all the publications of IranAir and the photos bought from art galleries, taken photos by unit and the present slides are classified and preserved in this unit.
There are also some CDs available which refer to the pictures of sightseeing, historical monuments, airplanes, airports and etc.
