Since last December, IranAir has been serving hot meals in some of its routes. According to reports from the Public Relations Department, as per suggestions from passengers and to increase customer satisfaction, hot meal is served in these routes: Tehran-Zahedan, Tehran-Chabahar, Isfahan-Kish and Tabriz-Istanbul which are operated by Fokker100 aircraft.

Such a service is also provided in Shiraz-Dubai, Isfahan-Dubai and Isfahan-Baghdad routes which are operated by Airbus aircraft.
In addition to serving juice, a variety of tasty colorful drinks are also served along with food services in flights lasting more than 1 hour 20 minutes.
To increase customer satisfaction, it must be noted that arrangements have been made to serve hot meals even in some narrow body aircraft which are not equipped with heating systems.
