Since March 24, 2012 the Airline of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IranAir) has set up direct flights to Bangkok.

 According to IranAir Public Relations, these flights depart from IKIA at 00:40 A.M. every week on Saturdays and Tuesdays. IranAir also flies from Bangkok to IKIA at 20:40 local time every week on Saturdays and Tuesdays.
