Conditions for Special Cargo Carriage
 Dangerous Goods
1.Dangerous goods will be accepted based on Iran Air cargo procedures and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
2.Declaration forms must be completed and signed by shippers.
 Live Animals
1.Live animals are accepted only if they are  in appropriate containers such as cages, under IATA container requirements in latest edition of Live Animals Regulations.
2.All the documents needed for the export of live animals, including the IDs of the animals, the health and hygiene certificates (vaccination cards), food types, export permits of the animals to the destination country, and certificates from the origin (issued by Iran Veterinary Organization) must be submitted to Iran Air offices.
 Valuable Goods
1. Valuable goods shall be submitted to Iran Air cargo acceptance unit in appropriate packages.
2.For insurance purposes of the goods, it is recommended that shippers to  obtain the necessary information and declare the real value of the goods.
 Human Remains
1. To carry human Remains, and live organs of human beings, shippers shall provide all the necessary documents  including the death certificates.
2.Iran Air accepts both coffins, and ashes on all IR flight.
Periodicals &Newspapers
All types of newspapers, magazines, books, catalogues etc are accepted for carriage on domestic flights.
Unaccompanied Baggage
There are no special procedures for unaccompanied baggage on domestic flights. Unaccompanied baggage is accepted as general cargo, and the charges are applicable
