What are the categories of passengers?
• Adult passengers(over the age of 12)
• Children(aged 2-12)
• Infants(under the age of 2)
• Passengers who require special services, including disabled and sick passengers, unaccompanied minors, etc. (For further information, see PART THREE," Air Travel Restrictions")
• Passengers having special meal requests such as diet meals who need to make their request when booking their seats (See PART FOUR, "Flight Duration", question 9)

What should passengers do in case the tickets are lost?
If paper tickets are lost, passengers can refer to the Lost Tickets Section located on Ostad Nejatolahi Street in Tehran, or can call the following

For other cities in Iran or abroad, passengers can refer to IranAir Offices.
The above is not applicable for E-tickets.

Can an adult passenger travel with two infants?
According to IranAir safety procedures, an adult can accompany only one infant. If a passenger has two infants, a child ticket should be purchased forthe second infant but has one seat entitlement. IranAir gives fare discounts of 50 percents for children aged 2-12 in such cases.

What type of services does IranAir provide to HOMA Class passengers ?
HOMA Class passengers are entitled to receive following services:
•Exclusive check-in counter,
•Taking advantages of CIP lounge services,
•Priority in baggage delivery at destination,
•Free excess baggage allowance compared to other passengers,
•Possibility of meal selection during the flight.
