This section is under the supervision of the Director General of Public Relations and its duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Internal Monthly Magazine of "Payam Homa"
This publication not only covers internal news of the organization such as functions of different departments, appointments and retirements of the staff, IranAir professional achievements, sport achievements, etc. it also contains scientific articles in different fields such as IT, Management, Human Resources, Mind and Body Hygiene, etc. It also gathers reports from different departments and sections with the intention of informing the colleagues and interviews with people in charge.
Controlling and supervising the quality of the chosen photos in the publications are among other responsibilities of this section.
In-flight Magazine
This is one of the rare touristy publications and aims to inform passengers during the flight. The major goal of this magazine is introducing the tourist attractions of Iran such as introductions to cities, national customs and traditions, current handicrafts, historical and ancient monuments, natural attractions, Iranian culture and different religions, etc.
It also deals with Iranian celebrities who are well known in art, literature, science and spirituality.
The magazine also consists of pages which refer to Iranian ancient anecdotes and satires, children games and some interesting and attractive caricatures which amuse passengers. There are also some medical tips mentioned and passengers can enjoy reading them and they can get helpful information during their flight to have an easier journey.
Blue Page
This is just meant for commercial advertisements and has attractive colorful page designs and it is published under the supervision of IranAir.
Other Publications
In addition to the above mentioned items, there are other publications such as notice letters, information and etc. Searching, controlling and supervising the articles and passages printed in publications and also offering professional comments in the field are among the duties of this office.
Advertisement
Designing and decorating the festivals and ceremonies, funerals and exhibitions, designing Persian and Latin visiting cards, billboards, posters, invitation cards, envelopes, sacs, Christian and Solar calendars, boarding cards, caricatures and works of  public relations and other related issues are some  of the duties of Publication and Advertising section. This section attempts to depict the historical and natural attractions of Iran to draw tourists' attentions and encourage them for traveling.
Printing some pictures of IranAir navigation for advertising is another activity of this unit.
Counseling and supervision in selecting the advertising agencies for the use of artistic, printing and advertising services and their supervision, guidance on the advertising designs for better introduction of IranAir and assurance on credibility and reliability of that is another responsibility of the Publication and Advertising section.
This section is also responsible for counseling and supervising the selected items needed for the corporation which are in harmony with the commercial department, operations of branches, supervision and control of the activities of the printed and artistic designs and making sure about its appropriate application and usage in publications, notices, calendars, posters and etc.
This section also comments on issues such as designing pictures, charts, advertisements, calendars, etc. Among other responsibilities of this section are supervision of the activities which refer to printing and making sure that the needed orders of public relations are received in their appropriate shape and time. Also it supervises the calligraphy on paper, cotton, cardboards and board scripts.
Typing
Typing all the publications of "Payam Homa", IranAir In-flight Magazine and letters sent to other organizations or other advertising companies for photos or slides preparations are performed in this section.
Archive
The archive section is responsible for retaining all IranAir publications and photos purchased from art galleries. Photos and slides are classified and preserved in this section.
There are also some CDs available which contain pictures of sightseeing, historical monuments, airplanes, airports, etc.
