IranAir Human Resources Development & Training Center is an IATA Authorized Training Center (ATC) that offers various training courses in compliance with international aviation standards. Professional instructors conduct training courses using appropriate facilities and proven programs along with updated training materials. Courses are conducted in initial, recurrent, requalification or specialized levels and practical training as well as computer based training (CBT) convey detailed information to the trainees in the demanding world today.  

The Training Center also offers customised training courses for applicants from other airlines or companies. This center consists of seven major departments whose activities, towards continuous improvement, are in full compliance with the fulfilment of the company's objectives:
